The quality of the product is achieved through the continuous control of incoming raw materials, production parameters and final product performances.
All the fibers included in the production process are certified for hygienic applications and are compliant with Reach, Oekotex 100 class, Cytotoxicity and Skin Irritation standards, Conformity Declaration standards and other relevant standards for the Industry.
Company internal procedures ensure a constant monitoring of critical chemical substances in the procured raw materials
We have In-line automated quality control check of finished product (metal detection, camera system for visual control, ect) and Off-line quality control in our internal laboratory according to Edana/ASTM and ISO standards.
